Hailing from Gurgaon, Pooja Anand is an experienced HR Professional, entrepreneur and a career counsellor. She has done her graduation from the prestigious Delhi University and also has done her Master’s in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resource Management. With more than 16 years of experience in the recruitment space, fintech domain, Information Technology industry, Construction and various other product-based companies, she has been exposed to different kinds of people on a daily basis. This has helped her understand human behaviour to a great extent and also helped her become a career counsellor.
She strongly believes in the mantra, “Gyaan from a guru is like words filled with nectar making your path well-lit and saves you from falling into ditches”. With this in the forefront she has helped many people and students understand their career aspirations and expectations. Everyone has an aim and what they wish to achieve. But understanding the ‘real’ world is tough, and this is where Pooja Anand and her company come into place.
